BEWARE: CHERELA SIMBAHON MERCADO OF NEGROS OCC.

Cherela Simbahon Mercado, about 27 y.o. from Sagay, Negros Occidental left our house on Aug. 29, 2010 few days after she got her salary  leaving our house door open.  She was left alone since we were all in the church attending worship. She took cash, some clothes/personal accessories and my kids sunglasses because she had a severe soreeyes in her left eye then. We dont understand why she left. She worked for us for only 3 mths and I have not deducted from her salaries yet her travel expenses from the province amounting all at P3,000.00 For that 3 months she didnt even clean the house well, the whole house is quite dirty especially my plates/glasses keeper, we found out tiny worms inside it. Only the outside surface of the keeper was polished. The only thing I remember was she had a phone call everyday talking to someone through her new cell phone and saw her texting even during midnight. I then report and make a blotter to our baranggay and the police including her close up pictures. Lucky enough I had her stolen shots. I contact her family and inform them that she's in a police blotter until she returned all that she took from us. But it seems she's not interested. She was already accusing us that she didnt receive her salaries and she was attempted rape.  Oh my, look at her picture... nobody would make interest with her. I even offered her to study at depEd, a sewing course to help her in the future since she attained only 2nd yr. in H.S. That's why we should be very careful in hiring househelpers. Advices are we should get her bio-data, picture, baranggay/police and nbi clearances, lung x-ray to make sure she's well especially if we have children, and a xerox copy of her birth certificate. Dont trust too much to them, that's where I fail !!! Dont forget the name : CHERELA SIMBAHON MERCADO, and stare at her picture !!!
